Parts Pricing and Payment - AMD

Prices

Internet prices exclude taxes, duties, import fees and shipping costs. Price, title and risk of loss FOB our warehouse.  All prices are in US dollars.

All prices are based on Payment in Advance using most economical payment method. A premium charge may apply for more costly payment methods. Refer to Transaction Premium table for other payment options. Apply further discounts for payment in advance and volume purchases.

AMD Discount Schedule

Buyer may apply discounts based on Net Order Amount  The following volume discounts shall apply to our already low factory-direct internet pricing.

Apply appropriate Discount Percentage from table to Net Order Amount exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping and other fees.  

Payment Terms

Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, Wire Transfer and PayPal are accepted. If wire transfer is used, Buyer must wire the full invoice amount and pay its own transfer fees. Payment by check may delay shipment of your order.

Standard Parts

All payments are due in advance unless other arrangements have been approved in advance in writing.

PLC, Fabricated Components and Special Orders

Programmable logic controller (PLC), fabricated components such as chamber, baffle and water cooling sections require payment in advance or, with approval, fifty percent (50%) upon receipt of order as authorization to proceed, and the balance upon shipment.

Shipping

All Freight shall be billed at cost. If you prefer, we will ship on your account using your preferred shipping method. If shipment appears damaged, return authorization is required. Please contact our office for RMA.

Other Terms

Warranty

SELLER’S warrants all electrical and mechanical components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for sixty (60) days after shipment. If the equipment fails to conform to any of the above warranties, SELLER shall at its option repair or replace any component which is defective. This warranty does not cover field service nor does it apply to damage caused by ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, misuse, or faulty repair, or installation labor. In no event shall SELLER'S liability hereunder exceed the cost of fixing or replacing the parts which are the subject of the warranty, and upon expiration of the applicable period shall end. SELLER’S WARRANTY WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE PERFORMANCE SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NOR ANY AFFIRMATION OF FACT NOR REPRESENTATION WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF.

Indemnification

BUYER shall be liable for and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold SELLER, its officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney and court expenses) for all injuries or death of any person, damage to any property resulting from or caused by, directly or indirectly, BUYER’s negligent or improper installation, operation or maintenance of any components purchased hereunder.

Limit of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PRODUCTION OR OTHER LOSSES. The aggregate amount of SELLER’S liability to BUYER on any and all claims for loss or liability, whether based upon warranty, negligence, or otherwise, shall in no case exceed the amount paid by BUYER to SELLER. BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS ENFORCING THE REPLACEMENT RIGHTS HEREIN.
